![]() 空蹬自行车瘦腿,很累但很有效! ①每天睡前蹬100下,有固定的节奏,速度适中即可; ②蹬完不要马上放下,保持预备姿势,两腿并拢,向上直直地伸向空中,膝盖不要弯曲,脚尖蹦直。 坚持3分钟,然后慢慢放下; ③做完动作后,整条腿会有些酸麻,这时要好好按摩一下腿部! ![]() ♥ 佩如 ♥ |
