久坐上班族之减肥方法 at 3:00 AM早餐:一根香蕉 一杯豆浆(早餐半小时前会喝一杯蜂蜜水); 午餐:绿色蔬菜 白饭半碗 一个苹果;晚餐: 一杯燕麦片(可适当的添加牛奶或钙片)或者粥加小菜; 睡前半小时,一杯酸奶,红酒一小杯。
