【减大腿】 at 1:00 AM1、大腿内侧:下蹲运动。 站立,两脚分开与肩同宽,脚尖向外,数1~4慢慢下蹲,蹲到和地板诚平行。 数5~8再缓慢站起。下蹲时脚跟不要离地,动作要慢。 每组15个,每天做3~4组。 2、大腿前侧:同上。 3、大腿后侧:站立。做后踢腿的动作。 做时动作缓慢。 一个八拍为一个,每组做15个,每天3~4组 ♥ 佩如 ♥ |
